How we handle your information

This website

This site is static. It has no accounts, no analytics cookies and no advertising trackers. The enquiry form does not transmit anything to a server — it opens your own email client with the fields you typed, and nothing is sent until you press send in your own mail app.

Information you send us

If you email or call, we keep your message and contact details for the purpose of responding and managing the potential engagement. We do not sell or share contact information, and we do not add enquirers to marketing lists without consent.

Client data during an engagement

• We sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement — yours or ours — before receiving project data
• Data is transferred through a channel that meets your organisation's policy, and logged with a provenance record
• Access is limited to the specific analysts assigned to your project, each bound by written confidentiality terms
• Data is retained only for the period agreed in the engagement, then deleted on request with written confirmation
• Your data is never reused for other clients, training, benchmarking, or public case studies without written permission
• We ask clients not to send identifiable personal health information unless it is genuinely required, and to de-identify wherever the analysis allows

Commercial email

Any commercial email we send identifies Calyra BioData, includes working contact information, and includes a clear way to opt out of further messages. Opt-out requests are honoured promptly, consistent with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation.
